New Mexico Claims Adjuster — License Examination Requirements
US-NM · License preparation
This page provides licensing requirements, not a question bank. Review the applicable pathway and official sources below.
Licenses, application pathways and examination requirements
Each license and applicant pathway has its own requirements and exemptions. Choosing practice questions does not determine your eligibility.
Independent Adjuster — Business Entity
Business-entity adjusting license; designated responsible and practicing individual adjusters must be separately licensed. Emergency employment under 59A-13-6 and 13.4.8.18 authorizes already-qualified persons without issuing a separate New Mexico adjuster license.
Licensing authority: New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance, Producer Licensing Bureau · Application information
