The service

OpenExams provides free practice questions, answer explanations, and information about licensing and certification examinations. Practice does not require registration. OpenExams does not administer official examinations, issue credentials, determine eligibility, or provide an accredited training program.

Materials are for educational preparation. They do not guarantee an examination result or replace official requirements, required training, or professional advice. The Disclaimer explains these limitations.

Permitted use

You may access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial study. Except as permitted by applicable law or the relevant rights holder, you may not sell, republish, redistribute, or represent the materials as your own or as official examination content.

Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other visitors, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts or damages the service. Do not use our contact address to submit stolen, recalled, or confidential examination material.

Copyright, trademarks, and sources

Rights in site materials remain with their respective rights holders. References, links, and attributed excerpts do not transfer ownership of third-party content. Any applicable third-party license or permission continues to govern that content.

Examination names, credential names, acronyms, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies the subjects covered by our resources and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement.

To report a copyright or trademark concern, email contact@open-exams.com with the rights holder’s name, your relationship to them, the material and page URL concerned, the basis of the concern, and contact information for follow-up. Include a question identifier when available. This contact process does not replace any reporting procedure available under applicable law.

External websites

Links to authorities, examination providers, and other resources are provided for reference. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability, fees, or decisions.

Availability and changes

Content and features may be corrected, updated, or removed. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability of a particular question bank. Practice progress is stored in your browser and may be lost if browser data is cleared or removed.

Updates to these terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Changes do not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or examination outcomes. Materials may contain errors or become outdated.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OpenExams is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects mandatory consumer rights.
