RSMo 339.040.4 requires satisfactory completion of the prescribed salesperson license examination. Salesperson examinations belong to the separate salesperson credential and are recorded as prerequisite conditions in this broker survey.
Statutory Experience
RSMo 339.040.5 states at least two years immediately preceding application as an actively licensed salesperson, certified by the applicant’s brokers; it allows the Commission to waive all or part for acceptable other education or experience. The implementing instructions use 24 of the last 30 months.

Hold the current individual Missouri broker-salesperson license and provide incorporation evidence and signed professional corporation application.
