Temporary salesperson licensure while a regular application is pending
- Duration
- 120 days or final action on the full-license application, whichever occurs first; no more than one such temporary license under RSA 332-G:14, IV.
- Eligibility
- The general occupational temporary rules apply to professions excluded from Plc 313, including real estate under Plc 313.02(b)(10). A Board-published finding that the other jurisdiction is not comparable would disqualify that applicant under RSA 332-G:14, II and Plc 305.02(b).
- Existing license
- Hold a current equivalent U.S. jurisdiction license in good standing, unencumbered and verified; submit the temporary application, initial application, good-standing information, disciplinary attestation, required criminal check and fee.
- Health portal instruction
- The current OPLC Temporary Licenses page describes only out-of-state health care professionals: "Out-of-state health care professionals with an active license in good standing". It does not define the complete occupational scope of RSA 332-G:14 or Plc 305; retain that limitation on its advertised application instructions.
- Regular license
- Complete the separate regular-license application and its applicable examination requirements; temporary grant is based on the existing license and does not await passing a named New Hampshire exam.
- Statutory discretion
- RSA 332-G:14, I allows a Board already having reciprocity or temporary-license procedures not to comply with that section; Plc 305.02 applies to this non-Plc-313 profession, subject to its stated exclusions.
